RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Rust and Lace, we want you to love your vintage and antique finds. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and materials
  • Items must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage beyond what was present at the time of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@rustandlace.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return within our 14-day window. We do not have final sale items at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@rustandlace.com with photos of the damage, the box, and packing materials. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Shipping Insurance

We insure every item we send. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@rustandlace.com . To process an insurance claim, we will need you to send pictures of:

  • The damaged item
  • The box it came in
  • The packing material

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Exchanges

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and antique items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
