All products sold through Rust and Lace are vintage and antique items. Each piece is unique, and we strive to accurately represent the condition, age, and characteristics of each item through descriptions and photographs.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability to you.

3. Product Condition and Authenticity

As a seller of vintage and antique items, we carefully inspect and describe each piece. However, these items show natural signs of age and use. We disclose any significant flaws, damage, or restoration in product descriptions.

All sales are final on vintage and antique items unless the item received differs materially from its description.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Payment must be received before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of vintage and antique items, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a discrepancy between the item received and its description.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was misrepresented.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rust and Lace or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
